Always keep your ultimate mission in mind, even in the face of hundreds of other objectives, you must never forget what you want to do. When surrounded by those who will discourage you, remember that your future matters to only one person at this time. You have nothing to prove to those lower than your own standards. Forget the pessimism, forget the hate, remember your fight and do what you must to achieve the best you can imagine.

Myself, being surrounded by literally hundreds of oorah-grunt corpsmen really fogs my view of the future sometimes and, don’t get me wrong they’re great and all, but I need to start surrounding myself with more of an intellectual challenge if I intend on attending medical school in the next two years. I have a long, hard road ahead, and I need to get my head straight again.

I will be the best I can be wherever I go, otherwise, I won’t be chosen to get a free ride and early out of my enlistment.

I will stay motivated and headstrong for without a healthy body I cannot achieve a healthy mind.

I will continue to seek those who need guidance because you must never forget where your support comes from and as karma states: “What comes around, goes around, life’s a bitch only if you are”

I will fight to get what I want out of life, and so will you.

You can reach that one unachievable goal with a little ambition and motivation.

You are better and stronger with every thought.

You are the bull.
